Dubravka Romano born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia and moved to Houston with her family when she was 12. After graduating from high school in Houston, she moved to Austin to attend UT. At the urging of her high school P.E. teacher (who happened to be an Alpha Chi!) she went through rush and immediately knew she wanted to be an Alpha Chi Omega. While in the chapter, Dubravka was president of her pledge class and Panhellenic representative, serving as President-elect and President of Panhellenic during her junior and senior years. Like thousands of other UT graduates, Dubravka decided to stay in Austin after graduating from UT and has called Austin home ever since. Dubravka is married to Terry Frakes and has a son who is also a Texas-Ex. She works for the Texas Association of School Boards and she and her husband raise Longhorns (the four-legged kind) on their small ranch in Mills County.

Our Chapter Advisor, Nikki Hennick, is a key alum who works with the Chapter. As Chapter Advisor, she oversees many aspects of Alpha Chi Omega, playing a vital role in the inter workings of the organization. She works closely with the House Director weekly to make sure the house is running smoothly and all areas are organized from daily meals to security. Because the women of the chapter are her number one priority, she attends weekly meetings with both the executive board and the chapter members. She ensures that the women of the chapter abide by the National Fraternity Policies and Procedures and the University Policies as well to protect them, our house and our charter. In addition, our Chapter Advisor maintains an advisory board of area alumnae who volunteer their time to various executive board positions. It would not be possible for her to do everything by herself, so these women are vital to the success of this organization. Laura Wolken is an Alpha Chi Omega alunma from Texas A&M University's Zeta Nu Chapter. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's in finance, while apart of the Zeta Nu Collegiate Chapter, she was the VP Finance. Laura currently works in Dell's internal audit group in Austin, traveling a great deal for work. She is in charge of communications for this alumnae chapter, responsible for maintaining this website and managing the chapter's listserv and emails, as well as finance, collecting dues and managing the budget.
